Build and maintain a cohesive brand system for a premium cannabis company across product launches, seasonal campaigns, and educational content at high weekly volume.

Managed full creative output for MediPharm Labs, from product campaign photography direction (Pink Kush, Northern Lights, Wayfarer series) to educational terpene carousel series. The challenge: keeping it from feeling like volume while producing at volume.

Product Campaign Direction

Directed full visual language for product lines, Northern Lights, Pink Kush, Sun CBD, across photography, typography, colour, and copy.

Terpenes Educational Series

Created the terpenes series (Pinene, Caryophyllene, Limonene), scientific information delivered in premium, approachable format driving massive engagement.

Seasonal Campaigns

Valentines Day, Rose Day, Galentines Day, every moment treated with the same creative rigour as product launches.

The Trade-offs

Warm brand palette over clinical white

A warm, human palette differentiated Medipharm in a sea of clinical blue, but required careful validation with medical professionals to ensure it did not undermine perceived seriousness.

Modular rep kit over custom per-product design

A unified modular system reduced production costs by 50% and ensured brand consistency, at the cost of product-specific visual uniqueness.

Patient-first language in B2B materials

Even in HCP-facing materials, keeping patient outcomes as the lead message aligned with how good doctors think, and differentiated from competitor rep materials that led with clinical data.

What I Learned

Volume and quality are not enemies, if the system is right.

Educational content is the most underrated brand builder. The terpene series outperformed every promotional post.
